Message text In game 431491, my opponent had captured the Formidable from me, giving him 44 points (double the 22). This is all good and proper.
He also struck the Exetur, giving him 17 more, for a total of 61 points.
I then struck the captured Formidable, giving me 22 points and erasing his 44 points.
(Effectively, I scored triple points by striking the captured ship).
So the score stands as 22 for me and 17 for him.
But, given the bigger picture, I have lost 2 ships and him none, therefore he should be ahead of me by the sum of the 2 struck ships, or 39 points, whether it be 39-0 or 61-22.
I would argue that since the points had already been awared they NOT be taken away, hence the score should be 61-22 in favour of my opponent. |
