What's this about 'Forum Police'. What do they do, slap ya up longside ta' haid?
There were all sorts of personal insults and flame wars a few months ago. One was started from some accusations with regard to lack of courage by some Blue Max players. And the other one was about some racial/cultural insults and discrimination by a person who used multiple user names. In the case of split personality  ; the IP address has to blocked by Nick at the end. The forum police usually pass on suggestions to Nick and try to mantain peace before things get out of hand. The one with the webmaster's star has many postings. The undercover agent has a few as well.

but some clarification point. I am just a moderator, you may call me watching dog but never a police. Why? did u ever see me ban acct? or delete post ? 
Yes But I do communicate with Nick periodically with the development of the site. As u can see this site is barely maintained with volunteers all over the cyberspace.
Everyone contribute some free time of themselves to make this site great. I focus on the fourm primarily.
If you would to know there is any rules here. YES, Here in YPI is just for FUN, if any action defeat this purpose, you should just not do it.
I don't know other's user/pilot/ace experience, but my 5 yrs history witness what I am say.
Personally I have chat/contacted with the Webmaster several times about different topics, half of them is about the usage of the Forum. I won't go into details of our disucssion. But here is what my understanding and explanation:
1. Why no/few moderating/modifying the forum/message?
Forum is a place for freedom speech, so no 'active' screening.
2. Does it means I can say "anything"?
No, any personal/society/religious flame may be deleted by Webmaster without any notification.
3. That user is bad because of xxx , why not ban/remove the login?
Webmaster is kind enough to offer numerous chances for a given user, and also even if we ban/delete a user, there is no way to prevent they coming back with other names. Let the rest of the world change their behaivour, they will know one day what should do and what shouldn't finally, we don't need to do the job. Why?

4. If I really want to contribute to Youplay.it, how can I do it?
a. write webmaster letters/ express in forum about your opinion.
b. donation 
c. Join game and have fun here.
