I think I've stumbled on an outstanding piece of music to play Blue Max to.
"A question of honour" by Sarah Brightman.
It was on a CD that I bought for half a dozen other songs and, to be truthful, I don't think I'd even heard of it before.
If you download music or whatever, I say do yourself a favour.
The first minute is an operatic overture which you might choose to fast forward if opera isn't your thing (I must say I don't, even though opera does nothing for me, because it kind of sets the tone).
But once it kicks in, both musically and lyrically, I think you'd be hardpressed to find something more appropriate.
So I was thinking, what do (or would) you listen to to get in a Blue Max mood? Suggestions?
I can’t give what I listen too a name but some of the lyrics are:
Breakfast is ready I SAID BREAKFAST IS READY!
Can you stop playing for 5 minutes and walk the dog?
Why are you getting up early?
When are you coming to bed?
Are you playing THAT GAME AGAIN!
I played it mostly when I was averaging three hundred games at a time |
