Message text I think that's a very good idea when we see the big quantity of players (and you find nearly all the "old" and famous ones  ) that belong to a squadron.
That could be for example a small logo of the squadron besides the name of the pilot, as there is a special logo for those who gave some money to the site or those who have created one of the youplay.it games.
