I tried the donation button and I got the page in Italian too.

You should be able to get around this by changing the URL in the address bar.

The start of the URL should look like the example below:

https://www.paypal.com/it/cgi-bin/webscr?

If you change it to the following and press 'enter', it should change to english for you.

https://www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/webscr?
