Of course not, and my choice of words is not-so-accurate. But tranlating the italian (roman) expression literally would result in something quite heavy like "dickhead" or "turd".
I don't know him/her at all, so if it hurts your political correctness I could say better: as far as playing Blue Max online is concerned, SteadyJeff is a moron.
BTW, being "SteadyJeff" is just the nick in this site of, say, "Jeffrey Smith", so both expressions means just the same: SteadyJeff is a moron, that is NOT: "Jeffrey Smith is a moron".
