Hello Fellow Aces, I have just logged back in after 12 years or so of being away and saw this thread. Some of you may remember me. As brewkoo1 said we did have a friendly rivalry which I really enjoyed all those years ago. Sadly I quit in frustration when my account was "reset" (sorry that's the best I can do since I don't remember the details cause it's been over a decade). I think it was due to inactivity for a short time, but I could no longer play games with the aces that I had worked my way up to participating with. All I remember was that it was irritating enough to drive me away from the game for over a decade (and I truly did enjoy this game). Whatever you do to re-energize this game... my personal suggestion is: Realize that people have busy lives, and other things to do with their time... so if you excessively penalize them for taking a break, or "inactivity" expect to drive them away. It doesn't make sense to invest time into something, just to have your account returned to "newbie" status because you had other competing demands for your time. If this doesn't make sense, then I apologize because its been such a long time I don't really remember specifics, and in fact will need to revisit how this entire site works. I do however recognize some excellent players who I learned a lot from and felt very challenged by those many years ago. Good to see you all again after so long. Best, MaxNemesis
