It is really CLEAR, you are not talking about "did you saw the breafing notes or the pre tactics email" you ASK to check the email "BEFORE MOVING" so... or you had a brain cramp, not Skunk, or...
If you add the rest, ok you didn't know you cannot talk about anythings and the only way to let your ally know something is TAILING, at least really disturbing and "gray" as other says, I think that a Judge will declare your squadron guilty 
It is a log period that I am a member of this nice community and other players had heavy discussion about cheating for much less. The only way to have more clue or proof is that the cheater says "yes I am".
Anycase I don't mind about that and I will forgive all this in a couple of week. Anyway you can undestand that as a squadron we like to partecipate in a CLEAR tourney.
