Yes, you do not ave legal moves because you have a strange plane:
the plane have some moves the are not stalls and a fuel consumption of 1, but these moves are only available for the R side (and you must go Left).
You have stalled, so you cannot stall twice
You have got a combination of damage the are quite restrictive.

Yes i understand what happened, but there should be "you can always move 9L, 9R or 2S if you dont have any other legal move" rule to avoid such situations |
