Definitely a bug... there should always be a legal move available...

The program is handling the pilot grazed before the can't stall twice. The pilot grazed says you must stall and grays out all the other manuvers. Then the can't stall twice is grays out all the stalls.

Looks like another arguement against Stalling. But, all in all, it probably will not have that big an effect on those of us that do it too often now.

The bug should still be fixed so that games can continue when this odd combination comes up.
