Same here although I fly with the later Albatros just because they are pretty!

What's with all the "Fokker"... we are not flying only Fokkers.
I liked Jasta Minute... the sausage references unfortunately would make think people we are a kite balloon abteilung, or zeppelin.. and instead of the "flying sausages" we would likely be the "fRying sausages" .
I would go with Jasta 12 bw (bier und wiener) Lederhosen
NOTE: historically the b designation stood for Bavarian and w for Wuttemberg... hence the pun
