Thought this might be a good idea. Are we talking about a round robin tournament where everyone plays the other teams once with the two scenarios? Who is going to keep track of the records and scores? If we have 5 or 6 teams then lets go with that and get it started 
To save your day.
Make things simple, Each pair faced another pair with the same senario twice where take place of Allies alternatively. The higher kill-death advance, if kill - death same then compare total score of both matches.
Make it a 16 pair or 32 pair game.
