the real question i suppose is not whether or not they have such powers...but why they would waste them on silly games instead of the crap tables in Las Vegas
It's a lot easier to get caught in Las Vegas (perhaps with unfortunate ramifications). In Las Vegas you don't bring your own dice. And of course the most obvious, here we really don't roll a die.
