Simple, four groups A B C D.
Positions 1-4 placed at random in the four groups.
Then position 5-8 again at random in the four groups. And so on...
And in case you wonder, I am going to do the seeding with a good old d4 as soon as I find some time.
But if someone does not trust me, he can offer to do the random seed by himself and post the result here,
I would be happy to spare some time
