| Message text Indeed, the blog about the planes was wonderful, and looks like these folks are really paying attention.
While the flyboys footage is exciting (like a great video game) it looks like they are only serious about cliches and ease of editing-- the idea that the only German planes are all tripes- and all red ones-- is so silly (except for ease of editing) that it really takes something out of it for me,
And the promotional literature, suggesting that these Americans would be the "first trained combat pilots." Say what?
Same producer as "The Patriot" and "Independence Day," Both fantasy pieces with not much more history in the former than in the latter. Not a good sign.
(And yes, I'll go see it anyway.)
But I hope Red Baron makes it over to the US. |
