Yes, Unless someone have screen shot the time 1 mins before the game is void. We can't prove which team is responsible for the game to fail.
Next time may be just let the Team leader to create the game and reset if necessary. No need to void game 
Just my 2 cents.
Also we can wait until the League system provide team functionality.
