I agree with your suggestions however, there will likely be unfairness in your system to someone who is in a league that is dragging on longer than it should and then they have to be away from the internet for awhile and subsequently lose their league points. Perhaps they could even have a couple of kills and your "new" system of scoring would unfairly penalize them. If the gamemasters do modify the league rules they should consider all possiblities or they will merely cause the pendulum to swing to far the other way and we will have more complaints. But it would be appropriate to penalize someone who joins a league and then has to be automoved thru most of it.
