You can always make only four moves and then come back later for other four.
Or you can subscribe to a 3 players league in which you have to play only 9 simultaneous games
Leagues or not for faint heart gamers: if you decide for a league, you'll have to be ready to make a hundred of moves in a single day.
Seriuosly speaking, it is not easy to make fast and slow players happy at the same time, and making games starting at different time is not as easy as it seems. If you start 4 games, then also the other wil start 4 games and when the other games have to start ? When everyone have finished the first 4 ? Then you'll have to wait for slower players. When the first have finished the first 4 ? Then the slower players will have more than 4 games to play...
