1. "balloon" user messages on the map for Blue Max - every turn, the turn's user messages are shown on the map scree like cartoon balloons, coming out of the user's plan - they are then archived the usual way. This would be customizable (e.g.: "show all", "show on rollover", "never show")

There are already too many things popping up out of nowhere when I move my mouse over the battlefield. Popups are a horrible thing in general, and should only be used to draw attention on a critical error, or when the use clicks a link, not by default using javascript.
