Just saying you are a squadron makes you one I guess 
If you have at least one other member and post in the forum saying "We are the ..... Squadron, our leaders are... and contact details are...." Then Lord Locquax will put your details on the Squadron site: http://www.chimpage.com/bluemax/squadrons.html He is away at the moment so it will take a few days to be updated.
If you want the squadron contact to be this forum, that's fine, or you could use your email - or set up a free one.
Then stand by for challenges from the Shakespearo Boys 
If you are looking for members, just let people know that the invite is there.
