I cannot join any new games because I cannot get into the slow 160802 to actually make a move in it. Nobody in that game will be able to join a new game! 
Sorry... There is at least one game where you have to play since more than 24 hours. You have to move in every games where it's your turn before being able to subscribe or create a new game. Play all your moves, then try again.
