Thanks Hans, then it was what I thought on observer don't having to pilot the plane. Had to re-read all my post to find the quoted text, but found it hehehe. Thanks for your support on confirming my first thought when he did fire at me.
Now that about me making straights to unjam observer's gunnery is a different and long story of stupidity roftl
