I am late to reply, but I have added 2 scenarios for Wooden Ships & Iron Men to the site - namely, "Dover" and "Brest." Initially, they were not received well cuz of balance issues; so I ended up giving both countries ships that mirrored each other. That was how those two came to be as they now stand. I think we played them in Beta first, and I forget who I worked with on them, as it was a number of years ago now. It comes down to having all the ships' data and placements ready to go, then working w/ a site insider who can code the scenario in. Then folks have to try it out and give it a thumbs up or down. Initially, I was going to copy in a whole bunch of scenarios from the original game, but unfortunately those are mostly woefully unbalanced. Crew quality can really tilt the scale. Good luck to you, I'd LOVE to see more scenarios in place!!
