You can click their name in the roster and click Send a mail to xxxx". However if you want to talk about strategy for the game, it is considered bad form. In game strategy discussion for Blue Max games (other than 1 vs 1) is something that other players hate. We are dealing with WW1 combat before radio, other than hand signal in the beginning there isn't much you can do. For WSIM it comes down to essentially flag or smoke signals. So whatever you want to say will be open to everyone else to see. For WSIM some people have used cryptic codes before....
