I too support democracy and dislike the demise of all freedom fighters who have now been deemed terrorists.
Fighting for freedom can be passive or active, perhaps politicians should be forced to read Clausewitz. When people wish to be heard but have their freedom curtailed what do Government expect?
A passive demonstration for freedom is to be greatly admired especially when you know the reputation of the Government against which you are making a stand.
