So what happens is that if you create 10 of those scenarios, and you take the snipe in every single one of them, you end up raking in those games 30 newbies who will die horribly, and never play again.

So in the end my take would be:

you can most surely play unfair scenarios, but you should not do it for the statistics. To be on the safe side, why not playing 2 instaces of the same scenario and take both sides?

if the scenario is very unbalanced (the kill / death ratio fromt he statistics can help in determining that), you should arrange it with interested layers, and password it, so that you don't end up killing helpless newbs, which in the end damages the community
