Obviusly I don't play ticky game like that... 
The problem I see is for newbie that join that kind of game choosing the Dr1 and in the middle of the battle they will be pidgeon to be easy target
Many newbie start with 3 fuel spending move in every scenario... an error in other maps, a suicide in a map 17x12 vs a Snipe, Bristol, Triplane, Camel most of all if the game was created with the CLEAR intention to shot down pidgeon...
Sometimes I join that kind of games and choose the Dr1 only to understand if the creator is a FAKE that stall at 1st move
