Not now. We are planning to completely rewite the Scenarios Editor and the game creation page, but currently we are really busy with several priority tasks, so I can't say when this will be done.
Anyway, the final version should give to the Scenarios Managers the possibility to fix for each scenario a range for the map dimensions, and (possibly) for others scenario settings.
We'll see.
