Hi all

It is imdog the reporter again. After months of silence, and passed some of the jobs to vaznia. (thx vaznia ) We may try something new.

Here is the proposal:
Objective: To merit those good pilots (no cheating, aces, ...) in the year 2005.

Method: by voting from others active user in Youplay.

Rules and Regulation
The whole process contains of 3 phase.
1) Nomination period- 3 weeks, from now to 1st December
2) Election Period - 2 weeks, from 11 Dec to 25 Dec
3) Result Announcement - 1 Jan 2006

Nomination
For nominator, you need to be an active user of BM (finished at least 50 games and login at least 30days), each nominator can nominated 3 pilots to be vote in the election period.
For nominee (am I spell correctly ),
a) no observable, reported cheating for the past 3 months)
b) finished 50 games
c) login for the last 90 days (as of 1 Dec)

Successful Nomination.
A nominee becomes a candidate if he/she gain at least two nomination. We(either swartz or me) will post the successful nominator no later then 5th December.

Election (voting)
Each user can only vote once. (For user with multiple login, we hope you vote once only).
Voters requirement
A) finished at least 10 games
B) no. of vote = 5, The 1st will be award 6pts, 2nd 4pts, 3rd 3pts, 4th 2 pts, 5th 1pts.
C) you need to stated your youplay username in the email (for checking purpose)
d) all email go to amv@mclink.it and cc parker.lau@gmail.com

e) we will do the computation and Swartz and I will compare the result with each other so to make sure no human mistakes.

Announcement
On 1st Jan, 2006, we will make an announcement, either by me or swartz, and the result will be copied to Youplay Formal records and Funniest records. too
