For nominator, you need to be an active user of BM (finished at least 50 games and login at least 30days), each nominator can nominated 3 pilots to be vote in the election period.
For nominee (am I spell correctly ),
a) no observable, reported cheating for the past 3 months)
b) finished 50 games
c) login for the last 90 days (as of 1 Dec)
is this nomination process going to be secret or are we all going to vote openly?
The nomination period is open.
The voting is secret
