Though my parent language is German, I think it would be rude to speak with another German player in our language when the other players do not understand. Of course there are not many other German players in BM, so that is not likely to be a problem.

Well, it's quite natural to speak ones native language when possible... Although being French, Ich spreche auch ein bisschen Deutsch, en ook een beetje Nederlands, aber nichts mehr. But of course, using this to cheat is not fair, and I'm very surprised to see that from Liberty who is, i.a., one of the best Albatros D.V pilot in BM.
Since Madmax1 has also quite a reputation as a good pilot, I'm pretty sure this particular example is them having fun in a game, but I do not see it as a real cheating since they just do not need this to win, with all due respect to the gaming experience of their opponents in the game in question...
If you do not trust the stats and want to test their skills for real, I'm convinced that you can select a balanced scenario and challenge them in an advanced game, they'll show up
