In this game I fired at Dibbs last turn but recieved a firing bonus against Hamilton in the next. I am not complaining seeing as how it benifits me but I should not recieve the bonus.
Personally, I think you should get a bonus anytime you don't shoot at me (but maybe I'm just biased)
