League

Currently new comer (join date <30days) could join any league as he want if his "active" league is less than 2. This is a loophole as the user may not aware the no. of games he will participate in joinig a league thus decreasing existing user experience.

Modification: New comer can only join 2 league. Also the Max league a user can join is 20 league. Not active league, he can only start joining new league after finishing the old one
