| Message text Probably you did it already, but worth a try to tell you, anyway: have you read the italian version of the game rules? You can find them at: http://www.youplay.it/play/bm_GameRulesItalian.asp That's a good place where to start from...
Resisti's help may not help much, since he has sent you a link for Blue Max and your question was about Wooden Ships.
Looking at your profile, I see you have played nearly 500 blue max games and won 160 of them-- more than me in both areas. So I will not offer you any advice in blue max!!!
But if you are looking for help in Wooden Ships, you can write to me. I've played it a few times where and played the board game version back when it first came out (we won't talk about my grey hair.)
Can you make out the rules on this site? I see them in English, Italian, and French.

While a lot of gamers like to just sort of plunge in and figure things out, there are a few concepts in WSIM (like how the wind works) that a person really must read the rules to understand. See what is there and feel free to ask me questions after you read.
Good sailing!
