| Message text I think the rule on ending a game when everyone is out of fuel has to do with the number of turns since there was last any shooting. If there's still a dogfight going on as the planes glide, the game won't end.
I can't actually find anything to this effect in the rules though, so I may be misremembering something from WS&IM or another game. |
