Note when I delete a scenario it may cause any open games of that scenario to stop working sorry about that....

I does not sound as a good idea then. I would not like to see half played matches disappear from this site.
And ABSOLUTELY do not touch the balanced ones, AKA all the scenarios with an equal number of Germans and Allies since they are used in ongoing tournaments.
