Nick explained it to me (who had 90 active games) on the first few hours when the site came back. The reason is the Inactive Games logic. This logic kicked in during the 3 weeks essentially putting all the games inactive. Once somebody (the pending players) starts moving them again, the games will be visible to you. Also the automove has been disabled until the end of the month.
