Game count is irrelevant, and besides you can complete games by automoving.
I think people ideally want to play leagues with people who actually play games and actually move and actually finish games honourably where possible.
The count is significant - if to join or start a league you must have completed a number of 'proper' games
'for each game where you automoved (in the last 30 days) add 1 to X'
If someone keeps joining games and automoving they will have to keep actually completing lots of games in order to be able to join leagues.
