Serious balancing issues when playing in Advanced rules. I have played 2 sets (4 games) with Andy (Ogrebait2) and Bill (Longneck)

Constitution is too strong, its like sending sub chasers against a cruiser.

The British needs to have a wind advantage so they can close in on turn 1 effectively

The British ships have no enough crew to even bother with boarding actions. Then they cannot get close enough without getting blasted to splinters.
