I just found this site a few days ago by Googling Wooden Ships and Iron Men. WS&IM was always one of my favorites and I'm thrilled to be able to play it here.
I may give Blue Max a try although it looks like it may have a bit of a steep learning curve. I flew helicopters in Vietnam and am a member of what is now called The Aerial Rocket Artillery Association but used to be called the Blue Max Association.
