That's a cool idea. I like it.
The rule sounds like it might be interesting to try.
But .... what happens if this rule is applied and then a plane with stability A/B turns left, gets shot and takes rudder damage saying must turn right (or viceversa)? is the rule ignored ? or does it change to must go stright, then must go right the turn after?
There are probably other issues like that to consider
