I think the 6 engine vs 8 engine changes a lot here.
Personally I think FDVII is the best plane featured in Blue Max, fuel apart.
Historically was probably the best fighter produced, someone told he was able to hang on its propeller.

I was a bit confused/surprised to find that the Sopwith Snipe did not have a better set of results than the Fokker DVII
Is that because more of the popular scenarios use the Fokker ? Or is it that the 2 engine damage boxes on the Fokker outweigh the extra movement (10R2, 11R2, 10L2 and 11L2) and extra fuel in the Snipe ?
