Yep, it's visualized as an "over-fly" i.e. you're throttling up behind a target, he slams on the brakes, you shoot past him and he peppers your rear and is now following you. "Stalling" as it's called can have big pay-off's but is very, very risky especially against a seasoned pilot. That's why I never-EVER do it.
