I've not experienced that of late, but in certain busy days it happened to me too.
There are around several bugs or minor problems, but this site at present is a one man (Nick) run site and of late Nick doesn't has all the free time he would wish to have for this site. But in some period, with two young children, it is difficult to have some free time.
For instance it is more than 10 I would like to replay to this message in the forum

But when I try I receive this reply:

If I reply to other messages in the same or other threads, I've no problems. I reported it to Nick, but I'm not in a hurry for the solution since I know that, at present, he has no time, so I wait.
