Some of those 2 players scenarios are very lopsided. One side has more advantage than the other. Certain players (veterans and less known) will create a bunch of open games but take the specific side only. There bound to be some players who will join those games and get shot down like target practice. Then some of us veterans will try to spoil their fun by joining them; and getting shot down as well.

I tend to set-up two games, playing the different sides in each scenario. I think that is only fair.
For others though it may not be all what it seems. For example, you may have a person playing a German profile and an Allied profile. You may think they are playing unfairly but in actual fact they are playing both sides equally, just in different profiles.
I think it can be dangerous to jump to conclusions about people's motives. Individuals have to take responsibility for deciding on which scenarios they choose to join.
