install Noise extension at https://addons.mozilla.org/it/firefox/addon/8438
open extension preferences
add a new rule with event DOMContentLoaded&gBrowser.contentDocument.body.innerHTML.indexOf ('>Play</a></td><td')>-1 and event type Window event, possibly selecting a fun airplane sound
leave your browser on one of the auto-refreshing pages |
