Looks like you should have. You had two ships do damage on the killing shot, which is the trigger for points. If you shoot at a ship the turn it strikes, but do no damage, you get no points.
I noticed Malta had extra crew. I seem to remember something about that -- does anyone know if that's a known bug?
You know, that sounds familiar. Extra crew, no points.
