Correct, I was hooked up at that time by another totally absorbing game http://www.battlegroundeurope.com/yet NF is still on my to do list. Thanks for the offer. Tell me me a little about this game Jack - free download and play or what? I will check it out for sure.
Free download and offline playing mode - you can practice using planes, tanks, ordnance, naval and infantry (paratroopers included), but no moving target. They put an accent on REALISTIC damage model for tanks and planes, it means calculations are done of what is hitting which part of the target. If you sign up (first month free trial, no limitation apart experience level), then you become the moving target for some thousands other players. It has a strategic level, by which each campaign is won by either party. Totally addictive, today i went back after 6 months abstinence. Tanks, naval and some planes can be manned by two players (it is recommended for strategic bombers, the simulation here is impressive). Try it, one month of fun (and orror) won't cost you a dime After, it is 15 bucks per month (or less, depending on the plan). Next release (expected in weeks/months) shall bring wheater (rain) ragdoll phisics and other amenities. Drop me a message if you need some online guidance. I play Allies (my handle is blupete), but you can choose to be on the dark side and can switch anytime. |
