Repeat bug:

Simplified Game # 512246.
For turn 13-4 Malta was ordered to move: "1,clockwise,1" to present the French with her fresh broadside and possibly turn the tide of the scenario in my favour.
Instead, Malta only moves 1, leaving her exposed to multiple rakes at range 2...

Now the scenario is my opponent's to win!

Please research and eliminate this known bug - it has been around for a long time and deserves attention!!!
