P.S. I don't think they want any 1 vs 4 scenario on the league system.
I still think the idea I had around a year ago for a turkey shoot (1 Snipe v 7 SSD.1) would make an ideal league game. See how flys you can swat before they bite you .
Why don't you submit the scenario to Monkey Hanger? If he published it, ask him whether he can throw it in the league system along with the other 1 vs Many scenarios. Die-hards like me will play those any time as long as they are in full Advanced mode hence the fleas may be able to win by a lucky shot.
